What's worth emailing about
- A wrong or outdated price. Vendors change pricing without warning. If a number in an article is stale, tell us and point to the vendor page — we fix these fast.
- A verdict you disagree with. If you run a tool day to day and our take misses something, that's exactly the input that makes reviews better. We'd rather hear it.
- A tool you want covered. If there's pressure washing or exterior cleaning software we haven't reviewed, send it over.
- Affiliate or partnership inquiries. Software vendors and affiliate programs can reach the same address.
What we can't help with
We're not affiliated with QuoteIQ, Jobber, ServiceM8, or any other vendor — we just review them. For account issues, billing problems, or technical support with a specific product, contact that vendor directly. We can't access your account or resolve a support ticket on their side.
